Change in physical performance indicators of the progenies of rats with experimental preeclampsia in early and late pharmacological correction by GABA derivatives

The aim of the study was to assess changes in physical performance parameters progeny rats with experimental preeclampsia (EP) undergoing early and late pharmacological treatment gamma- aminobutyric acid (GABA) derivatives. Materials methods . At first stage, 3- 18-month old female EP after (from 40 th 70 day life) GABA derivatives, succicard (22mg/kg), salifen (7.5 mg/kg), phenibut (25 mg/kg) a comparator drug, pantogam (50 mg), studied. second (44 (15 or (100 mg) were intragastrically administered for 30 days 24 25 months life). horizontal rope walking test (HRWT), Rotarod test, Forced swim weight load (FSTwWL) used study. Results. HRWT, rest FSTwWL showed decrease muscle strength, coordination motor activity, aerobic anaerobic endurance aged 3, 18 as compared values animals born intact rats. Succicard, GABA-derivative, pantogam, effective both interventions, whereas only when during puberty. As offspring aging, their coordination, activity decreasing, while increasing. Conclusion. Physical induced tended decrease. Pharmacological derivatives adolescent period attenuated consequences. When puberty period, had therapeutic effect. This fact provides evidence that succicard-based drug can be developed preventive management
